Notes and Definitions
Plan Changes: changes to meal plans can be made until the first Friday of each semester. After that date, plans can only be added or increased. Students may do so by contacting the Dining Services office at calvindining@creativedining.com or 616-526-6384.
Core Plans: meals reset weekly with no daily limits, and include two flex meals and one guest pass per week. Flex meals and guest passes are optional and count toward the plan's total meals per week, if used.
Flex Meals: may be utilized as meal equivalencies at Johnny's Café or Peet's Coffee. Two flex meals per week are included with all Core Plans. The Knollcrest plan and the Joust plan do not have Flex meals.
Guest Meals: may be utilized by the student for a guest or for their own entry into the dining hall. The Knollcrest plan and the Joust plan do not have Guest Meals, therefore, they cannot use their meals for a guest.
Knight Bucks: can be used at Peet's Coffee and Johnny's Cafe. All meal plans and Knight Bucks expire at the end of the semester. You can't purchase extra Knight Bucks. Instead, you can upload additional Dining Dollars.
Dining Dollars: a debit card system accessed through your ID card which can be used at all dining locations. You can upload amounts through the by connecting your debit/credit card.

Load money through the Transact App, use your ID to pay by the meal, and enjoy! Faculty/staff meals are $8.
