Biography

Dr. Shaquille “Shaq” Anthony, a native of Muskegon Heights, Michigan, is a dynamic millennial leader, speaker, author, and innovator dedicated to empowering others through leadership, training, and development. With a passion for helping people become the best versions of themselves, he has built a reputation for driving transformational programs and community engagement.

Dr. Shaq currently serves as the Chief Culture Officer of S Anthony Solutions, where he helps organizations unlock human potential for extraordinary impact. He is also a Lead Organizational Development Specialist at Corewell Health, leading culture strategy and fostering alignment to build inclusive, innovative environments where all team members can thrive.

He is the author of Purposefully Afflicted. He's proudly married to Kaylyn and dad to Sevaya. His guiding belief is captured in his favorite quote:
