String Summit kicks off

From August 19–24, high school and college students will participate in the fifth-annual ÃÛÌÒapp String Summit, a six-day intensive camp for advanced string musicians. ÃÛÌÒapp invites members of the community to enjoy two free events during the summit. Enso String Quartet, the camp’s quartet-in-residence, will perform in a recital Monday, August 20, from 7–8 p.m. String Summit students will perform in a final concert Friday, August 24, from noon to 1:30 p.m. Both events will be held at ÃÛÌÒapp’s Covenant Fine Arts Center.
