Remembering David DeHeer

About a hundred colleagues, friends and family of the late David DeHeer joined together outside DeVries Hall for a short ceremony honoring the longtime ÃÛÌÒapp biology professor. To honor his many gifts and contributions, the biology department planted and dedicated a tamarack tree with a memorial plaque to David's memory. , following a long struggle with pulmonary fibrosis. He was 66.
